Carmen J. Cuetos earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. During her time in law school, she served as the Editor-in-Chief and Founding Editor of the NSU International Citator & Research Guide, known as "The Green Book", and held positions as the International Citator Editor and Junior Staff Member of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
She has previously served as the President of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association and was a member of the Grievance Committee of the Florida Bar for the 17th Judicial Circuit. Carmen has spoken at various academic and legal events, and has written numerous law related articles.
